Minority Business Development
The mission of the Minority Business Development department is to facilitate the increase and success of minority-owned businesses in the City of Saint Louis. Enhance business effectiveness by hosting the bi-annual Business Development Seminar, and the Retail Franchise Fair.
- Increase the quantity of new and existing qualified minority-owned businesses
- Increase minority access to City contracts
- With the assistance of our resource partners, create greater access to capital and other opportunities
- Innovative programs such as the Retail Franchise Program, strengthen the entire workforce and business community
