2nd Representative from Eads Park
New Businesses Committee:
Responsible for reviewing and commenting on proposals for new business wishing to relocate to the Gate District, as referred by the city and Alderman. Responsible for holding annual meeting with existing
businesses on behalf of the GDEA. Reports to the GDEA Board quarterly with updates and, if needed, briefs the GDEA Board on new businesses. Recommendations are approved by GDEA Board.
Architectural Review Committee:
Responsible for driving the Gate District quarterly to make sure all fences, satellite dishes, and new construction conform to the Gate District Covenants. Reviews, in advance, plans for all new construction and for additions to existing property to make sure they conform to the Gate District Covenants. Briefs the GDEA Board as necessary. |
