Public Health Clinics
The City of St. Louis Department of Health operates several public
clinics at 634 N. Grand Blvd., St. Louis, Missouri 63103
- The Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Program in Room
500 provides Lead screening tests for children under 6 years old,
education and community outreach. The program also supplies mop & bucket
kits and has a loaner program for HEPA vacuum cleaners. The Lead
clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Walk-ins are welcome. Bring child’s Social Security card and
Medicaid or other insurance card. Call 612-5450 for further information.
- The Tuberculosis Clinic has

health services formerly available at Regional Hospital. The clnics
offer a full range of family and general health care services. They
are open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Call for an appointment.
