The Board of Estimate and Apportionment
Francis G. Slay, Mayor Darlene Green, Comptroller Lewis Reed, President, Board of Aldermen According to the St. Louis City Charter, the Board of Estimate and Apportionment shall consist of the Mayor, Comptroller and President of the Board of Aldermen. The Board of E&A is the City's executive branch of government and approves all City real estate purchases, appropriations and the City's annual operating budget. The Board of Estimate and Apportionment meets on the third Wednesday of the month at 2:00 p.m. in the mayor's board room located in Room 200 of City Hall. The following are the scheduled meeting dates for calendar year 2010. January 20, 2010 February 17, 2010 March 17, 2010 April 21, 2010 May 19, 2010 June 21, 2010 July 21, 2010 August 18, 2010 September 15, 2010 October 20, 2010 November 17, 2010 December 15, 2010 * These dates and times are subject to change.
