The Board of Estimate and Apportionment
Francis G. Slay, Mayor Darlene Green, Comptroller Lewis Reed, President, Board of Aldermen According to the St. Louis City Charter, the Board of Estimate and Apportionment shall consist of the Mayor, Comptroller and President of the Board of Aldermen. The Board of E&A is the City's executive branch of government and approves all City real estate purchases, appropriations and the City's annual operating budget. The Board of Estimate and Apportionment meets on the third Wednesday of the month at 2:00 p.m. in the mayor's board room located in Room 200 of City Hall. The following are the scheduled meeting dates for calendar year 2008. January 16, 2008 February 20, 2008 March 19, 2008 April 16, 2008 May 21, 2008 June 18, 2008 July 16, 2008 August 20, 2008 September 17, 2008 October 15, 2008 November 19, 2008 December 17, 2008 * These dates and times are subject to change.
